About Insuvai Super Market

Our story

Insuvai Super Market began in 2016 as a small spice trading counter on Main Road, Karumathampatti, run by the Balasubramaniam family who had spent two generations grading pepper and cardamom for exporters in Kerala. In 2019 we added a bakery unit to serve the neighbourhood with fresh bread, buns and biscuits every morning. Today the same two families still run the sourcing and the ovens.

What we stand for

We believe spices should smell like what they are, and bread should be baked the same day you buy it.

• Whole spices sourced directly from estates in Idukki, Wayanad and the Nilgiris
• Masalas ground in small batches at our Karumathampatti unit, never sitting in a warehouse for months
• Bakery items baked fresh daily and shelf-dated on every pack
• No synthetic colours added to any chilli or turmeric powder

Our two aisles

We deliberately stock only two categories — Spices & Masalas and Bakery & Biscuits — across 78 products, so we can go deep on quality instead of wide on variety.

Serving Coimbatore

From our Karumathampatti store we deliver same-day across Coimbatore for orders placed before 4 PM, and next-day to Tiruppur, Pollachi, Mettupalayam and Annur. Delivery is free above ₹499.

Where we are going

We are expanding our saffron & herbs range and adding more festive bakery lines for Pongal, Diwali and Christmas, while keeping every recipe true to how our founders first made it.
