Any masala or whole spice pack that arrives short of weight or is not fresh, and any sealed bakery item within its printed shelf life if it arrives damaged or stale.
How to request
Open the order, tap the item and choose Report an issue. A photo of the pack and grind or best-before date speeds things up.
Timeline
Report spice freshness issues within 24 hours of delivery, and bakery issues on the day of delivery, since these are perishable items.
